Applications, scores, and coaching notes are reviewed by Michael. They are not a marketing list.
Paramount Vitality collects only what the work needs: your application, optional vitality score, and the information you send in conversation. That file is used to decide whether a seat is a fit and, if it is, to coach you.
We do not sell personal information. We do not pay referral fees. We do not put applicants into an automated sequence.
This site stores theme preference and, on this device, a copy of an application or score you submit here so you can see that it was received. Coaching relationships that move forward are held privately with Michael.
