How we work

Three parts
of a longer life.

Longevity is not a separate hobby. It is how you sleep, what you eat when you are tired, whether you move, and whether you can come down at the end of the day.

01 · Longevity

The body you live in

Most of the people I work with are not trying to look like someone else. They want to wake up with enough in the tank. They want to walk the trail, sit through a long dinner, pick up a grandchild without thinking about it. That is longevity. It is built in the week you already have: how you sleep, what you eat when you are tired, whether you move, and whether you ever actually recover.

02 · Clarity

A mind that still belongs to you

I can usually hear it in the first conversation. The afternoons are gone. The phone is the last thing they see. Sleep is light because the day never ended. We treat clarity as something you can protect — a cutoff, a walk, food that does not dump you at two o'clock, a mind that is allowed to stop. It is not productivity advice. It is how you stay yourself.

03 · Presence

Coming home as the person they need

You can be successful and still be hard to live with. I say that as a father of five who has gotten this wrong. Presence is a skill: how long it takes to come back after a hard call, whether you can sit at the table, whether irritation is the weather in the house. We work on that the same way we work on sleep. Directly, without drama, as part of the same practice.

How the work runs

See it. Make it livable. Stay in it.

Advice that only works in a quiet house is not advice. This is a practice you can keep when the week is already full.

  • 01

    See it clearly

Sleep, energy, stress, food, how you actually move. Not the week you wish you had. The score is a starting point, not a verdict.

  • 02

    Make it livable

A practice that fits the calendar you already run. Travel, children, a hard quarter — there is a version of the day that still counts.

  • 03

    Stay in it

Check-ins, a real person, and someone who will notice when it slips. Online or private. Both are serious. Seats are few.

  • 04

    Keep it for years

The aim is not a better April. It is still feeling like yourself a decade from now. That is the work.

Michael looks at sleep, energy, food, stress, and whether movement actually happened. The plan is not the document. The plan is the week. Ways to work.

Michael reads every application. There are only a few seats, and they are not a fit for everyone. You will hear within two days.
