I run several companies. I have five kids. For a long time the work was fine and I was not — not at that pace, not for the years I still wanted at the table. I built this for people in that same bind.
The people who carry a lot tend to treat their health as something to fix later. Sleep loses. Food becomes whatever is in the airport. Movement gets postponed until a quieter week that never comes. When they go down, the company feels it. So does the family.
I am not interested in a week away from your life. I am interested in a practice you can keep inside the life you already have — and someone who will still be there when it slips.
